  • If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.

YSL Moments takes full responsibility for all aspects of transactions, including product sales, customer service, dispute resolution, and product delivery.

Availability

  • We strive to keep our stock updated, but availability is not guaranteed.
  • If an ordered product is unavailable, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued.
  • All promotions and offers are subject to stock availability.

Products and Warranties

  • All items are brand new unless stated otherwise (e.g., second-hand or refurbished).
  • Products are tested before dispatch unless packaging prevents testing.
  • A 30-day warranty is provided for all products.
  • Refunds or replacements are available for faulty products returned in original packaging.
  • If returned without packaging, only a replacement is offered.
  • Refunds exclude initial delivery fees.
  • Faulty items must be returned via postal or courier services at the buyer’s expense.
  • Any product returned with physical damage (scratches, dents, missing parts) voids the warranty.
  • Toys and remote-controlled products have a working guarantee only (out-of-box).
  • Customers must report faulty items within 24 hours of receipt.

Payment

    • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
    • Payments must be made in full before dispatch.
    • Payments are accepted via bank transfer, with details provided upon request.
    • Delivery fees are not included in product prices and must be paid before dispatch.

Delivery

    • Delivery is only available within South Africa.
    • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
    • Estimated delivery times:
      • Major cities: 24 hours
      • Regional areas: 48 hours
    • Orders paid before 2 PM are usually shipped the same day.
    • Couriers require a signature upon delivery.
    • If an order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us for assistance.
    • YSL Moments is not liable for losses due to late delivery.
